About two weeks after the Eagles signed rookies Quez Watkins and Prince Tega-Wanogho, the birds welcomed the remainder of their 2020 Draft Class to their roster. WR Jalen Reagor, QB Jalen Hurts, LB Davion Taylor, S K’Von Wallace, T Jack Driscoll, WR John Hightower, LB Shaun Bradly, and DE Casey Toohill all signed their rookie deals earlier on Monday, July 20th. Most of the contract’s details are unknown, except for first round pick Jalen Reagor, who inked a four year, $13.3M deal, with a fifth-year option, and second round pick Jalen hurts, who earned himself a four-year, $6.02M deal with the added sweetness of a $1.94M signing bonus. All of these signings come just in time for Eagles training camp, which starts July 21st, while also bringing some much needed talent and depth. Reagor and Taylor will have opportunities to start for the Eagles biggest holes this past season (Wide Receiver and Linebackers), while the remaining will add some much needed depth to the roster. In my opinion, Howie did a great job this offseason adding great players for cheap prices, which is much needed considering the Eagles cap sistuation going into next year, which is right now projected to be at least -$30M.
